ANKK APP offers Free, Growth, and Custom plans. Paid self-serve billing is based on the number of connected SNS accounts, not per brand.

Self-serve billing supports up to 50 SNS connections. Plans with 51 or more connections require a Custom plan.

The scheduled post limit counts active future-scheduled posts across both Web and Public API. Immediate publishing has no separate monthly post cap, though platform policies, plan terms, and API request quotas apply.
The comment/reply limit applies to write and moderation actions. Fetching comments, querying reply job statuses, and retrieving analytics do not count against this quota.
Growth Plan
Section titled “Growth Plan”Growth provides the following under fair-use policies:
- Team members
- Scheduled posts
- Comment and reply operations
- Analytics history
- Public API access
- Signed Webhooks
- Multiple active Public API keys
The Growth API has no default user-facing monthly request ceiling, though technical rate limits apply to protect service and platform stability.
Custom Plan
Section titled “Custom Plan”Custom is designed for organizations requiring:
- 51+ SNS connections
- High API, Webhook, storage, or SNS throughput
- Enterprise security, procurement, SLA support, or migration assistance
- Custom reports, approval workflows, or tailored operational setups
