Roles & Permissions

The brand owner manages settings that affect the entire brand, such as billing and Public API keys. Allowed actions for team members may vary according to their assigned role and membership status.

Store API keys in a secure secret manager immediately after generation. Never expose full keys in logs, documentation, chat messages, or source code.

Disconnecting and reauthorizing SNS accounts is handled from individual channel settings. Disconnection is a deliberate action by the user, while reauthorization resolves token or scope issues.
