Create a Brand
A brand is the operational unit to which SNS connections, content, teams, and API keys belong.
Creating a Brand
Section titled “Creating a Brand”- Sign in to ANKK APP.
- Select Create New Brand from the brand list.
- Enter the brand name and brand URL.
- Optionally select a logo, then select Create brand and connect a channel.

Let's create your first brand
A brand is a workspace that keeps your SNS channels and posts together.
Name of the brand, service, or channel to market
Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only (cannot be changed after creation)
Optional · You can add it later. It uploads only after the brand is created.
The brand URL can contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. It cannot be changed after the brand is created.
Information to Prepare First
Section titled “Information to Prepare First”You do not need to fill out everything before publishing your first content. Preparing the following information first makes ongoing operations easier:
- Brand name and description
- Products or services you want to promote
- Target audience
- Tone of voice to use and expressions to avoid
- Official website and contact channels
You can continue refining this information in Brand Settings at any time.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Brand owners can manage team members, API keys, and billing settings. A Public API key is strictly bound to the brand where it was created and cannot be used to access other brands.
