Comments & Replies
The Inbox is a shared workspace to manage comments and replies across connected SNS platforms within a unified ANKK APP interface.
Available Actions
Section titled “Available Actions”- View comments and replies per post
- Request fresh comment sync
- Post new top-level comments on a post
- Post replies to existing comments
- Execute moderation actions supported by the platform (hide, unhide, delete)
- Monitor status of asynchronous reply jobs
Platform Differences
Section titled “Platform Differences”Comment and moderation capabilities vary across SNS platforms. Even for the same operation, availability may depend on account type, permissions, and comment status.
- Instagram replies and hide/delete actions require specific comment statuses and permission conditions.
- Facebook Page provides comments and moderation actions based on Page permissions.
- Threads uses a reply structure rather than standard comment models.
- YouTube distinguishes between top-level comment threads, replies, and moderation states.
- Bluesky replies are post items in a thread rather than separate comment entities.
- TikTok connections may not support comment fetching, replying, or moderation.
Reply Acceptance
Section titled “Reply Acceptance”Replies are accepted as asynchronous jobs. An accepted status does not indicate that the reply has already been published to the SNS platform. Check the reply job status or Webhook results.
