Analytics
The analytics screen shows account and post metrics collected from connected SNS platforms at the brand level or for individual connections.
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”Depending on platform capabilities, the following metrics may be included:
- Followers and following
- Post count and publish success/failure counts
- Likes, comments, and replies
- Shares, reposts, quotes, and saves
- Views, impressions, and reach
- Trend over time and top posts
Time Range
Section titled “Time Range”The default analytics window is the last 30 days. The Free plan provides access up to the last 30 days, while Growth allows wider ranges under fair use policies.
Metric Values
Section titled “Metric Values”0: Confirmed actual zero from the SNS platform- Empty: Not yet collected or not provided by the platform
- Previous value retained: Indicates recent refresh failed, showing the last known successful measurement
The Analytics view reads the latest stored values. It does not block page loads waiting on external SNS APIs, so check the latest observation timestamp.
